INSTRUCTIONS

Registration for Spring 2013 Cromwell 2013 is a 2-Step Process.

Step 1 :  Payment  via Paypal  (Return to this page again after completion of this step.)

One time payment of $30 dues for the entire CPL SPRING 2013 season via Paypal (Please note: Paypal account is not required, dues can be paid using your Credit/Debit Card- VISA/Mastercard/AMEX/Discover Card accepted).

The name of the Credit Card Holder/Paypal Account member will be used to tally with the Registration Form filled in Step 2. If you have used another person's CC/paypal account for the payment, please make sure you email Tarun Sandhu ( tarunsandhu@gmail.com ) or Sushil Premjani ( sushilpremjani@gmail.com )

Step 2 :  Completing the Registration Form.

Please fill out all details on the form including Contact information. This information would be used by your Team Captain to contact you.

 A player will only be registered upon successful completion of both steps.
